Since 2009, LEAF has been helping the Canadian foodservice industry reduce their environmental impact, and make it easier for diners to find certified green restaurants. LEAF is the only national food service certification of its kind. LEAF is a non-profit organization aims to become the national leader in sustainable food service standards, and to provide establishments of all sizes with the knowledge, tools and confidence to move forward in their environmental efforts, while supporting successful business practices.
